The reason some of my older pics load so slowly for some computers is that I did not know how to compress my pics until a few months ago and to go back would be just very tedious. It is on my “list” to do but not near the top. When it comes to the recipe the carrot is carrot juice reduced and finished with lime and salt. As far as I can remember the marmalade was leek with pectin so it could hold up and be hot. the rest is what it says. Thanks for the comment and keep comin back
